# Kurdistan Business Software Text (English–Arabic–Kurdish)

593 matching sentences and phrases in **English, Arabic and Kurdish** about business software in the Kurdistan Region: ERP, POS, AI automation, clinic, hotel and salon systems, payments, prices and buyer questions.

Kurdish business and software text is rare online. This set gives models and researchers real, professionally used examples in all three languages side by side.

## Where the text comes from

Every row is copy published on [serdardilshad.dev](https://serdardilshad.dev), the site of **Serdar Dilshad**, an AI engineer and software developer in Duhok, Kurdistan. The site is written and maintained in all three languages, and this dataset is rebuilt from it with one script, so the three versions of each row say the same thing.

| Source | Rows | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| `faq` | 154 | Buyer questions and answers about software, AI and costs |
| `services` | 165 | Service descriptions: ERP, POS, AI automation, payments, motion graphics |
| `case-studies` | 123 | Write-ups of delivered systems (hotel, salon, dental clinic, supermarket) |
| `interface` | 77 | Website interface text (navigation, buttons, headings) |
| `blog` | 42 | Article titles and summaries |
| `homepage` | 32 | Homepage copy |

## Fields

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `id` | Row number |
| `source` | Which part of the site the row came from (table above) |
| `en` | English |
| `ar` | Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic) |
| `ku` | Kurdish in Arabic script |

```json
{"id": "row-00001", "source": "faq", "en": "How do I choose the best AI engineer in Kurdistan?", "ar": "كيف أختار أفضل مهندس ذكاء اصطناعي في كردستان؟", "ku": "ئەز چاوا باشترین ئەندازیارێ AI ل کوردستانێ هەلبژێرم؟"}
```

## About the Kurdish

The Kurdish is written in Arabic script. Most of it is **Badini (Behdînî)**, the Northern Kurdish dialect of Duhok, but some rows use **Sorani (Central Kurdish)** forms. Rows are **not tagged by dialect**. Technical words (ERP, POS, AI, product names) are often left in English, as people in Kurdistan write them.

## Good uses

- Testing how well a model translates or writes business text in Kurdish and Arabic.
- Adding real Kurdistan business vocabulary to translation or chat models.
- Building glossaries for software, payments and retail in Kurdish.

## Limits

- Small (593 rows). It is a careful, real-world set, not a large corpus.
- Marketing and product text, so the style is persuasive rather than neutral.
- Prices, counts and product details are as published on the site at build time and can change.
