- SalonSystem — live at krd.beauty. Shipping weekly waves: AI-assisted WhatsApp receptionist next, then smart inventory ordering and a customer-loyalty layer.
- DentalSystem — just went live at smile.krd: a multi-tenant dental-clinic platform with per-clinic subdomains. Now building the offline desktop edition (SmileDesk) for clinics with patchy internet.
- Maintenance and feature work on Obaida Beauty's custom system and the eMed Store online medical retail platform.

Writing
- Two blog posts a week here. The motelsystem case study and the AI cost guide are already live; AR + KU translations rolling in over the next 30 days.
- Drafting an op-ed for Rudaw on AI adoption among small businesses in Kurdistan.
- Tracking original survey data for a 'State of AI in Kurdistan 2026' report I plan to publish in July.
Learning
- Going deeper on Anthropic's Claude tool-use patterns — specifically agentic workflows for booking systems where the AI actually takes the booking action, not just answers questions.
- Reading Designing Data-Intensive Applications, slowly. Every chapter changes how I structure schemas.
- Improving my Sorani Kurdish writing — most of my work has been in Kurmanji + Arabic + English; widening to Sorani for client coverage.

- AI automation and custom system projects from businesses in Kurdistan, especially Duhok, Erbil, and Sulaymaniyah.
- One paid AI audit for an SMB in any Kurdistan city per month — written report, no commitment to build.
- Free guest lectures at universities and accelerator programs in Kurdistan on AI for small business.
