PrivateBuilt for the mountains: a full supermarket ERP that keeps selling when the power and internet go
A supermarket in the mountains of Duhok, where electricity and internet drop every day. Instead of a smaller system for a hard place, the store got everything a big store has: 4 cashier lanes, stock, accounting, label scales, fingerprint attendance and an owner app on the phone. Every part has a fallback. If the internet drops, the lanes keep selling. If the store's server stops, they switch to the cloud. When everything comes back, every sale lands exactly once. Built by one engineer, checked by 736 test files, and published as a research paper.

Livesmile.krd — the all-in-one clinic system for Kurdistan, with Claude & ChatGPT built in
One system runs the whole dental clinic: bookings, patients, tooth-by-tooth charts, X-rays and photos, treatment plans, payments in dinar and dollar, stock, lab work and the clinic's own website. Every staff member gets their own login, role and view — the doctor sees the chart, reception sees the calendar, the owner sees the money. And the owner can run the clinic just by talking to Claude or ChatGPT. In English, Arabic, Bahdini and Sorani. Live with clinics in Duhok, Hawler and Slemani.
