Ask for a scoped audit sample or agreed pilot: workflow map, model evaluation, data requirements and build/run estimates relevant to your business.
Agree how delivery will be checked
- Receive a prioritized plan with a clear decision and rationale for each proposed use case.
- Review language evaluation, data access, owner responsibilities and a realistic pilot plan.
- Separate build, subscriptions, model usage, maintenance and expected operating costs.
