Put AI to work with your business tools
I build integrations that let an assistant retrieve an order, check available stock, prepare a customer summary or draft a follow-up using your business data. The starting point is a defined workflow and the systems your team already uses.
The offer includes custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for Claude and compatible clients, plus ChatGPT apps, connectors or custom GPT actions where the selected product and account support them. The integration route is confirmed during scoping.
ERP, CRM and documents in one workflow
An agreed workflow can combine ERP orders and stock, CRM customer history, approved documents and external APIs. For example: find an unpaid invoice, prepare a reminder using the customer's language, then send it for approval or through an authorized channel.
I define which records the assistant can read and which actions it can take. Business rules, staff permissions and customer-data boundaries remain part of the system, including when an assistant calls several tools in sequence.
Scheduled work with clear limits
Scheduled agents can prepare daily reports, flag low stock, organize incoming requests and run agreed follow-up routines. Each workflow has a trigger, permitted actions, an owner and a way to stop it.
Actions that change records, contact customers or spend money use the approval rules we agree. Delivery includes activity logs, failure alerts and human handover for exceptions, with retries designed to avoid duplicate actions.
What you receive
An agreed integration plan, the custom server or integration code, tool definitions, configured workflows, realistic test cases and a handover guide. The scope names the connected systems, languages, access requirements and acceptance checks before implementation.
We validate on a limited workflow before extending access. Hosting, credential management, monitoring and ongoing support responsibilities are agreed alongside the build.
Build costs and running costs
The quote depends on the number of systems and tools, API availability, authentication, data cleanup, approval rules and workflow complexity. An existing supported API usually costs less to integrate than a system requiring a new data interface.
AI usage, platform subscriptions, hosting and maintenance are separate operating costs. I estimate them from expected usage and define limits during scoping so you can start with a useful workflow and expand deliberately.

Since October 2026 a smile.krd clinic owner can add the clinic to Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector (MCP over OAuth 2.1): live figures read from the clinic database, bookings, services, products and website images written back, WhatsApp reminders drafted, and new online bookings pushed to ChatGPT as they happen. Every money, stock, cancellation or website change asks the owner first.

Ask for a working Claude MCP or ChatGPT demo in the chosen client, with the actual authentication method, connected system and agreed read/write tools for your workflow.
Agree how delivery will be checked
- Demonstrate the agreed tools in Claude, ChatGPT or the selected compatible client.
- Test permitted and denied records, write approvals and duplicate-action prevention.
- Review tool logs, credential handling, recovery steps and operating-cost limits.
